Once all of your Conditions are met to your satisfaction, you will sign a Waiver of Conditions with your Realtor which confirms that the sale is now firm. This means that you are committed to the full purchase price and to close on time.
You will be required to send a copy of these waivers to your Mortgage Professional and Solicitor to accompany the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
TIP: Even if a condition date is set – You can extend it if you need more time to satisfy your conditions!
